Is my data safe and secure? What happens when I stop using TranZact?

TranZact services and data are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS is recognized as an industry leader in cloud security with PCI DSS Certification, SSL Encryption and security from D-DOS attacks. It is safe just like your email.
In case you decide to stop using TranZact, your data still is securely stored on AWS for a period of 1 year from the end of your TranZact subscription. You continue to have access of it and can easily download it in any format.

Will Free Forever plan get proper support?

There is no difference in the quality of support in the free as well as paid plan. TranZact provides best-in-quality customer support which is accessible in business hours between Mon - Sat.
If you are stuck somewhere, we request you to raise a chat and we will get back to you almost immediately. We give our 110% to resolve your doubts. In case you message us outside business hours, we will get back to you in the morning of the next business day.

What if after few months TranZact discontinues the Lifetime free plan and forcefully asks me to upgrade?

It is not in the DNA of TranZact to fool its customers. We truly want to help SMEs to start their Digital Transformation. When you signup on the Lifetime free plan, a legal Agreement and NDA automatically gets generated between you and TranZact with the Lifetime free terms mentioned in the same. TranZact truly is Lifetime free for you.

Can I change plans anytime I want? How long are the contracts?

The Lifetime free plan is for unlimited duration while the Advanced Plan is a yearly contract. The Ultimate plan is a custom contract. You can start/stop or make changes to your plan any time you want - however, we won't give refunds for cancellation or plan downgrades.
