Our Mission

TranZact's mission is to empower Indian SME manufacturers with the power of digital. We want to make data and technology accessible to them easily. And that's why we built a software which solves end-to-end business problems for SMEs with the most simple, effortless automation.

In all that we do, we aim to keep simplicity at the forefront. Because, as a team that has spent 40+ years collectively, working with the Indian SME sector, we quickly realized something. There's only one factor that our customer segment seeks more than automation. And that's, simplified automation.

The Story Behind TranZact

Our founders Ritesh, Sharad and Rohan, are fellow IIT graduates, from the year 2010. When they noticed how SME manufacturers in India grappled with digitizing their core operations, they were determined to solve this problem.

We did this by integrating key functions across the manufacturing cycle. The objective was to create a business solution that is quickly implementable, easy to understand and one that scales with our customers' businesses.

Before TranZact, when manufacturing SMEs considered automating their processes, they were forced to explore complex ERPs which were designed only for large organizations. Thankfully, not anymore. Technology is closer to Indian manufacturers, more than ever. They can now access uncomplicated, cloud-based and affordable solutions for all functions across sales, purchase, inventory, production, accounting and logistics.

2018

A full fledged inventory and production module is launched on TranZact. Ever since, the world has never been the same for Indian SME manufacturing industries.

2020

We launch the freemium model so that every SME can try their hands at business automation for free.

2022

TranZact grows to a team of 40 people and features as part of the 'Startups Employees Love 2022' by People Excellence.

2017

TranZact's automation product for SME manufacturers gets implemented with MESCO Springs signing up as our first customer at Vasai (Mumbai).

2019

TranZact runs a successful pilot for its Marketplace, where it was able to enable its customers identify new suppliers with the power of technology.

2021

TranZact crosses 10,000+ customer acquisition milestone.
